AER Team
They say it takes a village...my village
is a phenomenal group of people and their
businesses working as a team to facilitate
healing and help get horses back to doing
what ever it is they do best. I
believe the team mentality that has developed
here sets this business apart from others.
The relationships developed between AER and
these team members over time and the experience
of difficult cases are invaluable.
Sarah
Dodge runs a very successful dressage training
business out of Dark Star Farm and works closely
with me on many of the rehabilitation horses.
She has a fantastic eye, great resources and
is often part of my team working to develop
an individualized program for these horses.
She also serves as an invaluable second set
of eyes helping me monitor the progress of each
horse – whether a top level dressage competitor, roping
horse or a family’s first pony!

Tracy Vroom, Craniosacral Therapist, does a

to Freedom Wild Horse Sanctuary. Tracy often
works on AER rehabilitation horses as part of
their individualized rehab program. She is also
an integral part of the team working to keep
our performance horses fit and happy.
